ASFT Expands and Improves Newport, RI Office
April 2, 2008Advanced Solutions for Tomorrow Inc. (ASFT) will be adding approximately 7,000 square feet and completing renovations to its Newport, Rhode Island office space to accommodate current and anticipated growth for FY08.
The 7,000 square feet of office space builds upon approximately 3,000 square feet added to the upstairs offices during the past year. The office space, which adjoins the existing space in the Aquidneck Corporate Park, will accommodate ASFT's anticipated employee growth plans for FY08. ASFT has already added 20 employees since the start of the fiscal year.
In addition to the expansion, the ASFT Newport office is in the process of completing major renovations to its exterior facade. In addition to a new, stone walk way and handicapped accessible ramp, ASFT is adding a patio. During the past year, ASFT completed several other infrastructure improvement projects, including the rollout of a new key card based entrance system. The magnetic key card system strengthens the security of the secret-cleared facility, while also increasing ease of access for employees.
"This expansion validates ASFT's strategy for growth," says Wayne King, Chief Operating Officer for ASFT. "The ability to consistently offer high quality services at the best possible price has been the engine that drives our growth."
