1. Take the airport exit toward the GEORGE WASHINGTON MEMORIAL PARKWAY, head north.
2. Merge onto the GEORGE WASHINGTON MEMORIAL PARKWAY; make sure you're in the right hand lane.
3. Merge onto I-395 NORTH toward Washington. Stay in the middle lanes across the 14TH STREET BRIDGE.
4. Go approximately 1 mile, then veer left onto I-295 SOUTH.
5. Once on 295 SOUTH go 9/10ths of a mile and take the right exit to 6TH STREET/SOUTH EAST and the WASHINGTON NAVY YARD.
6. Keep right at the fork at the bottom of the ramp.
7. Merge onto VIRGINIA AVENUE.
8. Go to the next signal and turn right onto 7TH STREET.
9. Go up two blocks to M STREET and turn left.
10. Head straight 4 blocks towards MARITIME PLAZA.
11. The 3 way stop is 12TH STREET. Go straight and pass the 1201 M STREET MARITIME PLAZA I Building.
12. Proceed into the speed circle and take the next right into Visitors Parking for both MARITIME PLAZA I & II.

1. Exit airport via DULLES AIRPORT ACCESS ROAD.
2. Follow it approximately 14 miles towards WASHINGTON.
3. Merge onto I-66 EAST.
4. Follow I-66 approximately 7 miles.
5. Merge onto exit 75, Rt. 110 SOUTH toward PENTAGON / ALEXANDRIA.
6. Follow signs for I-395 NORTH towards WASHINGTON.
7. Stay in the middle lanes across the 14TH STREET BRIDGE.
8. Go approximately 1 mile, then veer left onto I-295 SOUTH.
9. Once on 295 SOUTH go 9/10ths of a mile and take the right exit to 6TH STREET/SOUTH EAST and the WASHINGTON NAVY YARD.
10. Keep right at the fork at the bottom of the ramp.
11. Merge onto VIRGINIA AVENUE.
12. Go to the next signal and turn right onto 7TH STREET.
13. Go up two blocks to M STREET and turn left.
14. Head straight 4 blocks towards MARITIME PLAZA.
15. The 3 way stop is 12TH STREET. Go straight and pass the 1201 M STREET MARITIME PLAZA I Building.
16. Proceed into the speed circle and take the next right into Visitors Parking for both MARITIME PLAZA I & II.

1. From the Pentagon follow ROTARY ROAD SOUTH follow the signs to I-395 NORTH towards WASHINGTON.
2. Stay in the middle lanes across the 14TH STREET BRIDGE.
3. Go approximately 1 mile, then veer left onto I-295 SOUTH.
4. Once on 295 SOUTH go 9/10ths of a mile and take the right exit to 6TH STREET/SOUTH EAST and the WASHINGTON NAVY YARD.
5. Keep right at the fork at the bottom of the ramp.
6. Merge onto VIRGINIA AVENUE.
7. Go to the next signal and turn right onto 7TH STREET.
8. Go up two blocks to M STREET and turn left.
9. Head straight 4 blocks towards MARITIME PLAZA.

1. Exit the Navy Yard from the NORTH at the intersection of M STREET and 8th STREET.
2. Turn right on M STREET.
3. Go 4 blocks and turn right on 12TH STREET.
4. Make a left into MARITIME PLAZA II.
